Is my phone safe on the MagSafe Mount, even when it’s bumpy?
We have considered this deeply! We understand that you’re not always taking your stroller of smooth surfaces, so we include in every kit an additional ring magnet which we suggest customers apply to their phone case. This additional magnet allows for maximal adherence and significantly reduces the chances of the phone slipping off.

Will this work on my Samsung or non-iPhone?
Yes. Although, MagSafe is an iPhone-specific design, the additional ring magnet we provide adheres to any phone and allows compatibility with our MagSafe Mount!

Does this charge my phone?
Unfortunately not! We don’t have a battery in-built. Maybe it’s something for future designs 😊

Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Order processing is normally completed on the day (but can sometimes take 1-2 days depening on workload).

Postage normally takes 1-3 days within Australia, or 7-14 days to North America and Europe when using the free standard shipping (But we do offer an Express option if you want to cut those times in half!)

RETURNS

We have a 30 day returns policy, no questions asked. Simply send us a message and post the item back to us for a full refund.

Such a great item and fits perfectly on our pram. Would definitely recommend - the seller too was so helpful, they asked us if we were happy to wait a few days for the upgraded MagSafe version which was so thoughtful. Highly recommend!
